RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because of public safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, accidents do happen and we will replace a product that was damaged during shipping upon validity of the damaged shipping materials and products. If you have a product that was damaged during shipping, please email us immediately and provide pictures of the damaged material and products.  Please include your Name and Order Number in the email and we will respond within 24 hours.  Please send the email to customer@melaninluster.com.
